Intentions

WE ARE NOBLE INTENTIONS (so what does that mean?) 1) PILOT SUPPORT- If you are one of our pilots, we expect you to assist or ask for assistance on any mission, information request or situation which may be beyond a pilot at the moment. Our members shall be responsible for each other's well-being at all times. 2) RESPECT- We do not tolerate smack talk, piracy or bullying in any way. Pilots will behave with courtesy, even under intense moments, like a pirate attack. We will not lower ourselves to their levels. Everyone goes through a rough time with their first pod-kill and I expect our team to help you through this rough time. Basically, cause EVE is worth sticking to. 3) DEDICATION- When we finally start accepting protective escort assignments, we will be dedicated to our wards. We will not leave them under any circumstances, which includes chasing after a 1,000,000 bounty pirate beaten into his hull. The wards come first always. 4) ACCESSIBILITY- You MUST feel able to talk to the ceo or directors freely about any situation that may come up. This is not MY corp, I just run it. Intentions is OUR corp and if you think you have a better way of doing things, speak up. Truth is, I have been far more likely to promote a pilot giving me grief than to react. I have been chastised by corp members in the past and I didn`t care as long as it was done respectfully. This corp belongs to all of us and I expect to see that demonstrated in your thoughts actions and choices.
